Conflict

War room

Two nations, one race. A war is won by whoever's coin grows more over the window — not whoever is bigger, so a small nation that pumps can take a giant that drifts. The victor does not just earn a title: it takes the loser's land. The conquered nation becomes territory of the winner on the map, permanently, until it wins itself back. When the Great War timer hits zero the whole board is thrown into one knockout bracket, and the last nation standing holds everything.

The world is at peace

Any sitting president can open a front against another claimed nation. Both sides must have held their ground for at least six hours.
